Banking: FACUA asks Garzón and Calviño to prohibit charges on vulnerable users when withdrawing money

The association warns that many banks are imposing fees for withdrawing cash at their offices, harming people who cannot use ATMs.

FACUA-Consumers in Action has approached the Minister of Consumer Affairs, Alberto Garzón, and the Minister of Economic Affairs, Nadia Calviño, to urge them to carry out the necessary measures to prohibit charging vulnerable users
