FACUA participates in the 2nd International Forum on Consumer Arbitration

FACUA-Consumers in Action participated on Thursday, October 28th, in the 2nd International Forum on Consumer Arbitration, organized by the Catalan Consumer Agency.
At the event, which was held on the 27th and 28th, the vice president of FACUA, Miguel Ángel Serrano, participated by videoconference in the round table The role of consumer associations in the current context, where he defended the important work that these organizations do to defend users against market abuse.
In his speech, Serrano insisted on the necessary intervention of consumer associations to control the market, and highlighted the tasks that FACUA carries out in this regard: analysis of services and products, participation in advisory bodies
