Banking, telecommunications, health and energy: amongst the most reported by FACUA in the first half of 2021

Banking and financial services accounted for 19.4% of consumer complaints at FACUA during the first half of 2021. The second sector with the most complaints was telecommunications, with 17.0%. Health and energy, both with 11.0%, have been placed in third and fourth place, respectively.
Over this period, FACUA’s legal teams have opened 5,543 claim files on behalf of their associates. Regarding the queries raised by consumers in the regional offices of FACUA, through the telephone and on the FACUA.org website, the figure reached 23,194 (click here to see the graphs).
