FACUA launches an app with artificial intelligence to advise consumers on their rights

FACUA-Consumers in Action has launched an app to advise consumers on their rights and help them defend them, equipped with an artificial intelligence assistant.

The FACUA app includes hundreds of questions and answers on the main problems faced by consumers in basic services of general interest, with special attention to those in situations of economic and social vulnerability. The contents will be expanded to include more areas of activity
