FACUA reports Netflix: the price increase on its plans violates consumer legislation

The company does not base this increase on any valid reason included in the contracts it enters into with consumers.

FACUA-Consumers in Action has reported the Netflix streaming platform for carrying out a unilateral increase in its rates without justifying it on valid reasons expressly included in its contracts with consumers. The complaint has been filed with the Minister of Consumer Affairs and the regional consumer protection authorities.
