FACUA's 10 demands to the Government to lower tariffs and stop electricity company abuses

FACUA-Consumers in Action demands from the Government a series of measures to protect the rights of consumers against abuses in the electricity sector.

Addressing energy poverty effectively and guaranteeing access to electricity supply at reasonable prices should be a priority for the current Administration and a public service obligation for electricity companies. Electricity is essential for the development of a dignified life and cannot continue to be just another commodity, subject to the speculative movements of the markets.

The association is spreading these ten demands to the Government through the different social networks through the hashtag #Las10deFACUA («The FACUA 10» in English).
