Half of the large courier companies analyzed by FACUA do not offer free phone lines
The association has reported Correos, Celeritas, DHL, Envialia, FedEx, Mondial Relay and MRW to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and the regional consumer protection authorities.

Half of the large courier companies analyzed by FACUA-Consumers in Action ignore the law by forcing people to call payphones to attend to consumer inquiries and claims. This is shown by a study carried out on the web pages of fourteen postal service companies, of which seven have been reported to the Minister of Consumer Affairs, Alberto Garzón, and the consumer protection authorities of the 17 autonomous communities.
Of the fourteen companies analyzed, only seven offer free telephone lines (GLS, Tipsa, SEUR, UPS, Zeleris, Correos Express and Nacex) for customer service, whether or not they are customers.
