Endesa, voted Worst Company of the Year by consumers
In the new edition of the awards organised by FACUA since 2010, Vodafone came second in the voting.

Endesa has been voted Worst Company of the Year by consumers. The energy company owned by the Italian group Enel received 36% of the votes in the new edition of the awards organised by FACUA-Consumers in Action. Alongside it were nominated BBVA, Vueling and last year’s winner, Vodafone, which on this occasion received the second most votes, with 33%.
This is the second year that Endesa has received this award and the fifth in which it has been nominated. It is an event that FACUA has been launching since 2010 to censure serious abuses in the market and to promote more responsible practices in relations involving companies, consumers and the organisations that represent their interests.
