Five months after the start of the irregularities, the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC, according to its initials in Spanish) has announced the start of the investigation that FACUA-Consumers in Action demanded in September. This investigation concerns the behavior of the electricity marketers and distributors that have not issued millions of bills or have done so with errors.
